Ever wondered why we squat down and observe every shot of our espresso? Counting seconds with your shot, and not observing the pattern from a naked basket, is just conventional.
This 2-hour workshop will be an unconventional supplement to the current "standards"; from grind size, to dosing, tamping, preinfusion, and pressure application. We would share our insights as to how a cup of "espresso" should be defined, and the techniques to strike the best shot.
Each workshop will be in the size of 3-5 people.
