2ND WEEK OF EVERY MONTH
We prefer to call it milk pattern, as it is really more visual effects than flavour enhancement. We are including this because the crowd seems to be interested in it. The sine qua non of waving a pattern on coffee surface is properly frothed milk.
Many have been misled / mistaken to think pouring technique is most important. In this workshop, you can choose to come and pour with pre-frothed milk, or even to practice the frothing techniques!
With good microfoam, one can create basically any pattern: the swan, the rosetta, the tulip... use your imagination :)
Each workshop will be in the size of 3-5 people.
