In the past, we branded our espresso as "Blend" vs "Single Origin".
We later realised drinkers focus more on the tasting experience. Thus we redesigned our espresso, not from its coffee composition but whether it fits one of the two commonly sought-after profiles - Aromatic, or Mouthfeel.
Espresso "Mouthfeel" consists of coffees that offer a facinating experience by having appreciable weight on the palate and a silky mouthfeel. These coffees are typically medium / darker roasted, full of nutty and cacao nibs notes, and have a syrupy or creamy body.
