In the past, we branded our espresso as "Blend" vs "Single Origin".
We later realised drinkers focus more on taste experience. Thus we redesigned our espresso not from its coffee composition but whether it fits one of the two commonly sought-after profiles - Aromatic, or Mouthfeel.
Espresso "Aromatic" consists of coffees that offer a pleasant aroma that lingers in the olfactory organs of the drinker, these coffees are typically light roasted and have sharper fruit notes and a tea-like body.
