There 7 drip bags in each box which the choice of coffees will be different from time to time, as we are dedicated to serve you coffees that are in season. Both the 'Nutty' and the 'Fruity' box consist of 1 to 2 types of coffees, you may go for your preferred favor profile or to explore the favor wheel!

WHAT IS A DRIP COFFEE BAG?
It contains freshly ground coffee that can be brewed conveniently at home or office!
 
HOW MUCH WATER SHOULD I ADD?
Each bag contains 12 grams of ground coffee. We recommend adding 150-180ml hot water.
 
HOW HOT SHOULD THE WATER BE?
About 90 - 92 degrees. Avoid water just off the boil for it would lead to metallic and bitter flavours (over-extraction).
 
SHOULD I POUR WATER INTERRUPTEDLY OR CONTINUOUSLY?
Both are ok make sure the grounds are all wet. Best total brewing time is 1:30- 2 minutes.
 
CAN I REUSE THE GROUND?
Adding another round of water will not yield the same flavours in the cup.
 
SHOULD I ADD SUGAR OR MILK?
That is optional. BUT the best way to appreciate subtle flavours is drinking it plain.
 
CAN I USE WATER FROM THE OFFICE WATER DISPENSER?
We recommend heated water from boiler, but office water dispenser also works!
 
IS IT BETTER TO USE DISTILLED WATER?
Distilled water might not probably extract flavour compounds. Using mineral water, or boiled tap water will get a better result.
